Did HdyoN truly create a new category?
Yes. The category is a refillable precision tasting device for coffee, tea, matcha, mate and alcohol-free flavour rituals or any approved alcoholic beverages. HdyoN does not sell alcoholic beverages itself.

Will I end up locked into a system I can’t personalize?
No. HdyoN offers full freedom of product customization. The HdyoN Pipe can be customized and the content of the HdyoN cartridges is up to you. Refillable cartridges as well as selected filled coffee, tea and matcha cartridges are sold from the start, so you are not limited to whatever is preloaded. You can continue the ritual with suitable beverages of your choice, which makes the system more flexible and more personal. HdyoN offers even a refilling machine to quickly fill the refillable HdyoN cartridges with your favourite beverages. In the future HdyoN full cartridges will be imported in your country with your preferred drink premium brands.
Is this going to feel too technical to use at home?
No. The basic ritual is simple: choose the nozzle, attach it to the cartridge, insert the cartridge, and taste. Refillable use adds a few steps, but the entry experience is meant to feel easy. See our how-to video
Why should I choose HdyoN instead of just buying another coffee machine, tea accessory or ready-to-drink beverage?
Because HdyoN is not competing with your favourite drink habits. It changes the way you experience concentrated flavour in a small, controlled tasting format. That means more focus on flavour, more portability and more intention — not more volume. HdyoN delivers the concentrated flavour without delivering the liquid in meaningful quantities. More flavour, less liquid ingested.
What if I want the object to last, not just the first impression?
That is one of HdyoN’s strongest points. The pipe is presented as a long-life object with repair logic and collectible value. It is meant to be kept, not used up. HdyoN respects your ownership of the pipe, you have the unlimited right to modify, to repair and to resell the pipe.
If I love premium coffee, tea or matcha, will this still give me the real taste?
Yes. The HdyoN proposition is built around real beverages, real flavour and small quantities. It is not a flavour imitation and not a vapor system. It is meant to preserve authenticity while changing the format of the tasting ritual. Small droplets are deposited on your tongue in a precise way to stimulate your taste sensors. You will even perceive flavours that in classical drinking motion from a glass you would not notice. With HdyoN you will lose the temperature feeling of the liquid, but you’ll get the full and subtle flavour notes. It is a new way that will stay alongside the traditional drinking habit. Different feeling/different occasion to taste.
What liquids can I use with HdyoN?
HdyoN is designed for coffee, tea, matcha, mate and all the drinks and beverages that you can buy in your country. Its refillable cartridges give users flexibility, but they should only be filled with legal, food-safe liquids appropriate for the device and used strictly according to the instructions. In this phase, HdyoN deliberately does not sell or promote alcoholic beverages. The limitation is the density/viscosity of the liquid. You cannot fill viscous liquids like maple syrup or milkshake because those will clog the nozzle and HdyoN will not work.
