HdyoN the philosophy.

HdyoN means micro dosing flavours and developing your taste sensory.

when I was young I could eat huge quantities of (Italian) food. I grew up with 2 hot meals per day. My mum prepared each one of the two hot meals per day with a starter, salad, main dish and bread and cheese and dessert never were missing on the table. When I grew older I began to take interest in cuisine and fine taste and started to enjoy haute cuisine. I have learned that if you eat 400 grams of Beef filet in 5 minutes you feel the taste much less than when you eat a 10 grams "amuse-bouche" in a good restaurant and enjoy it for 5 minutes, not speaking of the health benefits.

Of course many of my friends looked upon at me, " I am the stupid guy that spends 500€ on a lunch," while they eat much more food for 10 or 20 CHF in the pizzeria or at the fast food. I am the "elitarian Idiot" and they are "the real tough guys". What they do not say is that they spend 500€ or 1000€ each time they go and watch the mach of their favourite football team. Well enjoy ...

Thats exactly that: taste and flavour is not about "more", is about feeling new taste sensations that you never felt before. It's like music. It gives you emotions that ignorance will never gasp.

Taste development is about training, is like sport . You learn to sensory analyse the food and the beverages you like and you get to discover and like subtile and surprising flavours.

I have a friend which after testing Hdyon forn the first time told me. "I never liked Scotch Peated Whisky, until now I could not drink it... With HdyoN I discovered that the taste is wonderful and I felt aromas that I did not think could exist.

Imagine tasting and feeling 4 different Islay single malt in a 20 minutes session and your stomach and head are light as before you started, Cause you didn't absorb almost any alcohol, but you got the full flavour experience!
