The HdyoN system was born in the field of sensory analysis of coffee and spirits. Sensory analysis of strong aromatic liquids can be challenging because the intake quantity and technique are heavily dependent on the experience and skills of the person tasting them. If you have to test many samples, the quantity of absorbed liquid and substances like alcohol or caffeine can be considerable.
HdyoN allows for a drastic reduction and normalization of the intake quantity of liquid and precisely manages the intake time and permanence on the tongue, avoiding the waste or ingestion of large quantities of precious liquid.
Once the advantages of the patented HdyoN system were appreciated by professionals, we realized that using the HdyoN system was also very pleasant and created intense moments of pleasure and satisfaction for the user, even in social and convivial occasions. The HdyoN Company founder, G.E. Alberti, has many years of experience in the industrial coffee technology business. He also founded Recoal AG, a company active in the carbon removal business.
