The Hdyon Carbon Pipes are made from 3D printed polymer and metal parts. Each pipe features a hand-engraved serial number and comes with a two-year guarantee. You will be able to repair the pipe indefinitely by sending it back to the factory.

Every year, new Hdyon pipe types and special collections will be available.

HdyoN Pipe Technology and Manufacturing Heritage

The Hdyon Pipe is composed of approximately ten or more components. The manufacturing technique combines traditional woodworking and metal jewelry techniques with modern methods like FDM and Resin 3D printing. Each Hdyon Pipe is a unique, handmade object crafted by Swiss artisans or, in some cases, European artisans. The pipe is handmade, hand-assembled, and hand-polished, echoing the craftsmanship of the past centuries.

The FDM 3D printing machines used are made in Europe.

The most prominent part of the pipe is its body, which is ergonomically designed and optimized for the best handling, touch, and tactile sensation.

At the bottom of the pipe lies a medallion made of metal, engraved on the inside with the seria number of the pipe.

Many pipes feature a colored polymer , resin or metallic ring, which in some cases will be crafted from precious metals.

In the core of the pipe is the 3D printed "Pipe Engine," the patented component where the cartridge is inserted and activated.

The HdyoN Carbon Pipes can be opened to store a nozzle or other small objects inside. You can also often store an Airtag to help prevent losing your pipe.

At Hdyon, we take the right of ownership and the right to repair seriously. The Hdyon Pipe is a lifelong object that can be kept, used, and collected for centuries. An Hdyon Pipe can be disassembled and serviced at our factory. If you send us your pipe, we will always do our best to repair it and return it to you. Alternatively, we can support your repair efforts by providing files of the 3D printed components or other assistance, given that you have the necessary artisanal skills and tools, or access to a repair shop.

Disassembly depends on the model, and repairs made by us beyond Guarantee will incur a reasonable service fee.
