As a startup in the food - alcoholic beverage technology and premium consumer goods sector, we have a clear and well-defined business plan offering significant opportunities for early-stage investors.
We need capital to invest in industrial production. In 2026, we will establish the first HdyoN cartridge production plant in Switzerland, and in 2027, we aim to achieve our initial milestone of CHF 50 million in sales. By 2028–2030, we plan to expand beyond Europe to achieve a global presence in premium retail locations.
Partnerships with leading premium spirits and winemaker brands are planned, enabling us to distribute and offer HdyoN cartridges pre-filled with Premium Brand products.
We are currently conducting a Series A investment round ( Closing : Q1 2026) to set up the first cartridge filling and sealing production facility and consolidate our Brand, online Sales and distribution network.
